02/17/07 – Building the Manifold cont’d

The external dimensions are about 24 X 11, in order to finish it I (Matt @ HC) will weld what's visible, cut runners off the collector and flange, weld runners on bench, then weld the runners back on; all whilst back purging with argon. It was really just more of the same from the previous post. A little more messing around was required, but not a lot.
