07/17/09 - Dropping the motor
Spent the day installing coolant/oil lines onto the turbo, then setting the motor in the car. This is the first time the car has sat on the ground on the new wheels! Since I installed the turbo before I put the motor on, the slop in the bolt hole allows the downpipe to be a little close to the rocker cover. I'd rather not unbolt the turbo, but I may have too... I'll think about it for a bit.
It was a great feeling finally getting it in there! The coil pack cover was initially going to be body color, but I think I am going to leave it black. Looks good like that, especially with the R34 GTR emblem on it.
